Eric — It’s actually fairly simple — shooting from behind a food vendor’s stand, I’m catching both the flames warming the food and the people walking past the stand…
Very, very cool. I didn’t realize that was a food-warmer. It looks like some kind of old-fashioned lamp. And the metal of the cart looks oddly woodsy.

Well, your explanations do not take the magic of the perplexing picture away. Which is good. I like this shot. And I’m impressed by how a brain perceives things in order to create something I would not conceive myself. Hence the magic remaining with the picture. Get it ?
Oh, and please do not take it badly if I only refer to you as just a brain. :D
