An anxiety creating juxtaposition. At least in the mind of this inhabitant of the Psychoneurotic Institute for the Very, VERY Nervous!

fascinating and bizarre. Can you (will you) explain what we’re looking at? Or would you decline to pull back the curtain, like any good magician?

Eric — It’s actually fairly simple — shooting from behind a food vendor’s stand, I’m catching both the flames warming the food and the people walking past the stand…

Very, very cool. I didn’t realize that was a food-warmer. It looks like some kind of old-fashioned lamp. And the metal of the cart looks oddly woodsy.

Well, your explanations do not take the magic of the perplexing picture away. Which is good. I like this shot. And I’m impressed by how a brain perceives things in order to create something I would not conceive myself. Hence the magic remaining with the picture. Get it ?

Oh, and please do not take it badly if I only refer to you as just a brain. :D
