I love this photo. Cowboy hats and subway stairs. Great contrast and yet I think I’ve seen these guys before. Or a pair or trio much like them.

i was in NYC 2 years ago & saw these guys playing on the subway & loved it!!!! seeing this makes me want to be there again!!!!!! thank you for putting this one up!!! i soooooo appreciate it!!!!!

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,”
and willing to make music in the underground while trains scream by and commuters hustle and there in that din of a great cities life they will make all sorts of wonderful sounds from cultures all over the world for the rest of us to pause and savor before we jump back in the stream.
the expressions, the composition…so calm and composed in stark contrast to how it usually plays out when you see subway musicians: frantically playing for 30 seconds between station stops, sweat, pushing, yelling. i can’t wait to get back to new york!

Just seen these guys on the E on my way to work today. This photo is great, they’ve never looked better
very interesting photo, this is why no matter how stressing city life can get, there is no other place i’d rather be.
