I am not enough of an art mensch to comment on composition, but this photo makes the task easy. The steps from woman in elegant dress to person wrapped in clothes against the cold to fire hydrant leads the eyes. Then there is the changing closeness of horizontal lines that run in the opposite direction (increasing closeness to each other going from left to right. I am expecting extra credit on the final exam for this effort :)
