I’m taking off for a week of spring break. New photos return May 13.

Awesome. I love the expanse of the black (granite?) background with its glittery freckles and how the men are being illuminated from above. I’ve started revving up that Nikon D70 I told you about. I’ve been drawn to the flat sullen landscape of the farmlands that surround me and the functional beauty of the artifacts that populate it. Thanks again for inspiring me, Joe. I’d love to share some shots with you as soon as I can get a blog going. Have a restful spring break!
