I really want to know about this one Joe…great photo. What is he holding and is that one of those fluorescent orange vests hanging on the back of his
lawn chair?

I wish I could tell you, but this is just another case where I spotted the guy, I grabbed a few shots, I moved on. The mystery must remain for now…
