superbe macro, venu d’un endroit magique que j’adore
i love these flowers
Luscious.
and I bet you didn’t use a tripod..
No tripod, but no need — the Tamon 90mm f/2.8 macro lens at 1/200 sec, f/25 and ISO 800.
love this – the colours.
This is great, my friend. You say “Garden”, meaning “outside” ? How come your light isn’t harsh ?
The sun was partly softened by light clouds — that made all the difference…
Wow, such beautiful detail.
How does the Tamron compare to the Nikkor 85mm? Or can it? That shot looks pretty great. I had the Tamron 18/270, a stinker.
Nothing can compare to Nikon’s 85mm f/1.4, but the closest it can focus is about five feet away. I got the relatively inexpensive Tamron 90mm because it had a very good reputation as a macro lens. If I’m not shooting macro, I switch to the Nikon.
Fantastic macro shot, well done!
